Réseau Pépinière (“we”) is committed to protecting its users' personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 (the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information) and the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

• Customers: name or business name, email, phone number, job-site address and details of your request (plants, quantities).
• Suppliers (nurseries): business name, NEQ, email, phone, address and plant catalogue.
• Technical data: connection information and cookies necessary for the operation of the service.

3. Purposes of collection

Your information is used solely to:

• process your quote requests and connect you with nurseries;
• calculate the delivered price (plant + transport);
• manage your account and track your quotes;
• manage supplier subscriptions;
• send you communications related to the service.

4. Consent

By creating an account or submitting a request, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We never sell your information. It may be disclosed:

• to the nursery you select, in order to process your request;
• to HERE Technologies, to calculate transport distances (no identifying data is required for this calculation);
• to our email provider, to send transactional emails.

6. Retention

Your information is kept for as long as necessary for the intended purposes, then destroyed or anonymized in accordance with our legal obligations.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Law 25, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or the withdrawal of your consent. To exercise these rights, write to info@rseaupepiniere.ca. We will respond within the timeframes provided by law.

8. Security

We implement reasonable measures (encrypted passwords, restricted access, secure transmission) to protect your information against loss, theft or unauthorized access.

9. Cookies

We use cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service (session, preferences). You can manage your preferences through the consent banner.

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
