These terms govern the use of the Réseau Pépinière platform. By using the service, you accept these terms.

1. Description of the service

Réseau Pépinière is a marketplace that connects customers with nurseries in Quebec in order to obtain a delivered price (plant + transport). Use is free for customers; suppliers subscribe to a paid plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to use the service in good faith and for legitimate purposes.

3. Quotes and prices

The prices shown are indicative quotes calculated from the rates declared by suppliers and transport distances. The final contract is concluded directly between the customer and the selected nursery. Réseau Pépinière is not a party to this contract.

4. Supplier obligations

Suppliers agree to provide accurate information (NEQ, contact details, prices, availability) and to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to their activity.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand and its content are the property of Réseau Pépinière. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Réseau Pépinière does not guarantee the accuracy of the prices declared by suppliers or the availability of plants, and cannot be held liable for disputes between customers and suppliers.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of non-compliance with these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.
